We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales/service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product information.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, service, etc.) to resolve customer issues quickly.
Record and maintain customer data in CRM software accurately.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare daily/weekly reports of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist in sales leads generation and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or client relationship roles.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
