Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Handle customer coordination post-sales & during ownership

Manage vehicle insurance (new, renewal, transfer, claims support)

Liaise with insurance partners & customers Maintain accurate customer records & follow-ups Ensure smooth delivery & documentation experience

Requirements:

1.5 - 2 years of relevant experience

Strong, hands-on knowledge of motor insurance

(mandatory) Good communication & client-handling skills

Salary:
