Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, and in-person requests.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on complaints, provide updates, and inquire about satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments, politely and professionally requesting payment.
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding payments, providing payment options and answering questions.
Log all call details accurately.
