Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to strengthen client relationships, ensure timely delivery of uniforms, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding deliveries and issue resolution.

Coordinate with Production and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

Conduct regular client visits within Coimbatore.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell offerings.

Maintain accurate client interaction records.

Key Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

Strong relationship-building and servicing mindset.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Willingness to travel (two-wheeler with valid license mandatory).

Experience: 1-3 years in client relationship management, customer success, or account management (preferably B2B/service sector).
