Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and ensure a positive experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service bookings, vehicle delivery updates, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely communication and smooth customer handling.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
Collect customer feedback post-service or delivery and escalate concerns when required.
Support in customer retention activities, loyalty programs, and event coordination.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma qualification.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an automobile dealership (sales or service).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude.
