Job Description

What you'll do



As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationship with customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience throughout the service and post-service process. Your primary goal will be to help CRM to build long-term relationship with customers, and to promote customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



1. PSF Calling (every 3rd day after service delivery)
2. Daily excel report of Labour
3. Hirise Punching of Daily report.
4 Entering customer feed back in hirise.
5. Call attending and customer dealing.
6. Calling service customers after their bills are prepared for taking service delivery.
7. AMC Punching
8. Taking google review from all service customers at the time of service delivery.

Qualifications:



1. Minimum Educational Qualification should be Graduation (Any degree/Diploma)

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Proficiency in computer and MS office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint )

4. 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)

5. Female candidates are preferred

Languages : Malayalam, English

Work location : Chakkarakal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
