Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in understanding products/services and resolving any concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts) to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with clients for renewals, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
Support sales and marketing activities to enhance customer engagement.
Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
