Position Summary:
We are expanding our team and looking for
motivated Tele Sales Representatives
who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outbound sales calls
to prospective clients (B2B).
Present telecom products & services confidently and clearly.
Understand client requirements and
offer customized solutions
.
Consistently
achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to
optimize conversion strategies
.
Stay updated on
industry trends
to provide effective client recommendations
Qualifications & Skills
Prior telesales or BPO sales experience is a plus. (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!)* Fluency in
English
(mandatory) & Hindi
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
