Key Roles and Responsibilities: Making calls and resolving queries about the service or company. Responding to inquiries concerning service, appointments or the organization. Customer follow-up and taking feedback by mails/phones/texts. Generate leads/prospects by calling on daily basis. To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly targets are achieved. Record details of opportunities and lead notes. Emoluments : INR 1.44 Lakhs to 1.8 Lakhs Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: Up to 180,000.00 per year Benefits:
