Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or guidance. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Relationship Building:

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster strong relationships. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products. Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.

Customer Support:

Provide detailed information about products/services. Assist in onboarding new clients or customers. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Feedback Management:

Collect feedback through surveys, calls, or direct interaction. Report customer insights to management for service improvement.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Use CRM software to track and manage customer accounts.

Reporting:

Generate reports on customer issues, feedback, and satisfaction levels. Suggest improvements based on customer data and trends.
