Role Overview



We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, support sales teams, handle enquiries, and ensure a great experience for buyers and service customers.

Key Responsibilities



Customer enquiries receive & respond on call/WhatsApp Follow-up on leads until final conversion Handle service appointment reminders & customer updates Maintain customer records, feedback & follow-up sheets Coordinate between sales, service & accounts department Share product info, offers, and finance options with customers Resolve customer issues or escalate to concerned teams Build long-term relationships with customers and walk-in visitors Post-sale follow-ups & satisfaction calls

Candidate Profile



0.6 - 2 years

experience in automobile/telecalling/customer care Strong communication skills (Hindi preferred, English added advantage) Confident phone handling Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Customer-focused and positive attitude Team coordination ability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
