We are hiring Customer Relationship Officers for our Airtel Store in Aluva. The role involves handling customer queries, providing service support, and driving sales of Airtel products and services.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store. Explain Airtel products, plans, and services. Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support. Achieve monthly sales and service targets. Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Graduate (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
