To manage patient relationships, improve patient experience, and support repeat visits and referrals by ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for patients and attendants
Coordinate patient inquiries, appointments, admissions, and follow-ups
Ensure patient satisfaction during OPD, IPD, and discharge processes
Address patient concerns and escalate issues when required
Maintain patient records, feedback, and follow-up schedules
Coordinate with doctors, billing, and front desk teams
Support retention, repeat visits, and referral growth
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in healthcare or service industry preferred
Ability to handle patient concerns calmly and professionally
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Patient-centric and service-oriented approach
Performance Metrics:
Patient satisfaction and feedback scores
Follow-up and retention rates
Reduction in complaints and escalations
