Role - Customer Relationship Executive

Location - Porur, Chennai

Exp - 1 to 3 years

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated customer relationship executive to join our growing team,with minimum 1-5 years of customer relationship experience in Pre-engineered building and roofing sheet industries with passion of serving the customers. The CRE serves as the bridge between the customer and internal departments such as sales, production, and project management, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely communication, and long term retention.

Job Requirements:

Fluent communication skills in English & Tamil

Key Responsibilities:.

Finding out prospects through internet with our support,speaking to them and introducing company products,sending mails with company brochure through mail,whatsapp and taking appointment for our sales person Coordinating with customers and sales persons and supporting them to convert into orders
& Requirements:

Education:
Any Bachelor's degree

Experience:
1-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles; experience in the PEB or construction

industry is highly preferred.
