We are seeking a professional and friendly

Customer Relationship cum Front Office Executive

to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors at our academic institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent front desk services, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth administrative experience and a positive image of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions, courses, schedules, and general information. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and administrative documents. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for academic or administrative staff.
Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as a liaison between prospective students/parents and the academic team. Assist with admission inquiries, provide course/program details, and follow up with leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and parent interactions in the CRM system. Collect and address feedback, escalate concerns as needed, and ensure timely resolution of queries. Assist with events like open houses, orientation programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
Administrative Support:

Maintain student files, application forms, and other academic records. Provide administrative support to academic and admission teams as needed. Help in organizing schedules, printing documents, and preparing reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the academic or service industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam language. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:



Prior experience in a school, college, or educational institute front office. Friendly demeanor with a student- and parent-focused attitude. High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
