The Customer Relationship Coordinator is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating between internal teams to deliver a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounts) to resolve customer issues
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in CRM systems
Track customer satisfaction and service performance
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining company processes
Prepare customer-related reports and MIS as required
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in customer service or relationship management
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
Experience:
1-3 years in customer relationship, coordination, or support roles (Freshers may apply)
