Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to queries and workings of the Nielsen measurement application

The specialist will work with the tech team/Engineering support team and product development team and will be part of the Panel Operations Management Will be directly reporting to the panel manager

First point of contact for the user on emails

Will need to coordinate with the tele-calling supervisor

Coordinating with partners (internal and external) for smooth panel operations such as recruitment, incentive, etc.

Raising PO & invoice submission in a timely manner Prepare reports & supporting documents for panel operations as per the panel manager's request

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience Microsoft Excel is a must Must know to use Google spreadsheets General awareness and workings of mobile apps Experience in email management and customer response is a bonus English speaking and writing skills are required Education HSC or equivalent is desirable

Should be comfortable working on weekends/holidays when required from the project end

Comfortable working in both shift timings

9am IST to 6pm IST OR

12pm to 9pm IST
