Job description

We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. If you also have a background in customer service (Education Industry) and knowledge of our industry, we'd like to meet you.

Roles and Responsibilities

Providing Support to Enrolled Students

- Query Resolution

- Drawing References from Already Enrolled Students

- Building Relationship with Enrolled Students

- Maintaining CRM

-Proven track record of retaining and managing more than 1000+ clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
