Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries with professionalism.
Build strong and long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Maintain detailed call logs, client records, and follow-up schedules in Excel.
Create daily/weekly/monthly client engagement reports using advanced Excel (dashboards, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth process flow.
Ensure all client needs and follow-ups are handled promptly.
Requirements
Graduate (any stream), 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or client engagement.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
for reporting and analysis.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
