- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Experience.
- Create effective customer service policies, procedures and standards for ensuring customers have an easy and smooth experience.
- Manage all standard scheduling as associated with the delivery of our services.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Superior English communication skills across written and verbal mediums.
