: Serve as the first point of contact for customers through email, phone, or chat, ensuring a seamless experience.
Order Tracking & Support
: Track orders, handle inquiries, and ensure timely responses to all customer tickets.
Relationship Builder
: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued and heard.
Customer Feedback Loop
: Collect and relay customer feedback to the team to improve products and services.
CRM Management
: Organize customer interactions and data using CRM tools to ensure accurate records and communication.
Problem-Solver
: Resolve customer concerns with empathy and creative solutions.
Brand Advocate
: Represent the companys values and provide an exceptional customer experience to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
Graduate in Business, Communications, or a similar field.
Strong Communication Skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
Customer-Centric : Positive attitude, passionate about delivering outstanding service.
Multitasker : Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
CRM Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
