2. Issue Resolution & Ticket Handling
Log all complaints, service requests, and maintenance needs via

or CRM tools.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and Facility teams to ensure
timely resolution

Track open issues, follow up with teams, and keep clients updated until closure.
3. Building Operations Support
Monitor daily building operations to ensure services are running smoothly.
Escalate urgent issues to the
Facility Manager / GM - Property

Conduct floor walks to identify potential issues before they escalate.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily logs of client requests, closure timelines, and escalations.
Prepare
weekly and monthly reports
on service performance, complaints, and feedback trends.
Assist in documentation related to contracts, renewals, and compliance.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with Facility Management, Projects, and Vendor partners for seamless operations.
Ensure that scheduled maintenance activities are communicated to clients in advance.
Support cross-functional tasks like move-ins, move-outs, audits, and inspections.
6. Customer Engagement Activities
Assist in organizing tenant engagement programs, events, feedback sessions.
Develop communication updates and notices for tenant information.
Skills & RequirementsEducation & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with hospitality / customer service background.
1-3 years of experience in
customer relations
, facility management, or serviced office environments.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, QuattroCare).
Basic Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Soft Skills
