We are seeking a Customer Relation Officer to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves building strong relationships, handling customer concerns, and supporting the sales/service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention.
Assist in addressing complaints and escalate issues when required.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.
Prior experience in customer service/relations preferred.
