We're looking for a proactive and confident Customer Relationship Associate (CRM) to handle our PAN India clients. You'll be the key link between our clients and our internal team, ensuring smooth order execution, timely payment collection, and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on payments from clients across India via email and phone calls
Ensure all client orders are accurately processed and delivered on time
Manage client servicing from order placement to payment collection
Handle client communication (emails, calls) and basic admin/documentation work
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a similar CRM or client servicing role
Strong communication skills, fluent, polite, and confident in English (spoken & written)
Excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities
Should reside within 45 minutes of the office
