Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and products.
Support onboarding and training sessions for wellness partners/entrepreneurs.
Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities, events, and workshops.
Maintain CRM records, client databases, and relationship dashboards.
Requirements
MBA (preferred).
2-4 years of proven experience
in
Customer Relationship, Client Engagement, or Sales
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
Problem-solving mindset with empathy and patience.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
Interest in
wellness, nutrition, and startup culture
is a plus.
