The Customer Relationship Executive will handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, coordination for site visits, and maintain strong relationships with clients to support sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Follow up on leads and enquiries
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Maintain customer records and feedback
Support sales team in closing process
Ensure customer satisfaction and trust
Requirements:
Any graduation / intermediate
Good communication skills
Customer-handling experience preferred
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
