1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media interactions.
2. Drive sales by identifying upsell opportunities, handling inquiries, resolving complaints.
3. Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Basic computer operations (Email, MS Excel, MS Word)
