Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
Handle client queries with empathy and professionalism
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for sessions or reports
Manage feedback, concerns, and coordinate resolutions
Build long-term trust and rapport with clients
Administrative Duties:
Maintain digital and physical records (intake forms, session logs, reports)
Coordinate with therapists regarding session schedules and client updates
Ensure smooth functioning of clinic operations (stationery, housekeeping, utilities)
Assist in billing, payments tracking, and receipts
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy of client records
Operational Support:
Update client database regularly
Coordinate between departments (therapy, assessment, management)
Support with event/workshop logistics or clinic outreach, as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Psychology, Business Admin, or related fields)
1-2 years of experience in admin, customer service, or clinic support roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Strong verbal and written communication in English (Hindi/Regional language a plus)
Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and appointment booking systems
Empathetic, well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a therapeutic/healthcare setting
