As per Company normsHandle client calls, emails, and chats. Do telesales and explain services to clients. Solve client issues quickly and politely. Keep proper records and documents updated. Support processing work for assigned countries. Good English required; Tamil/other languages a plus. Should have good communication Skills 1-5 years experience in tele calling/tele sales.
