Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for Alibaba.com clients and assist them with account management.
Provide guidance on product listings, inquiries, and platform navigation to help clients maximize their Alibaba.com experience.
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
professionally, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding client needs and concerns.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
(preferred).
Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
Experience in
B2B customer service
or account management is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
Comfortable making
inbound and outbound calls
.
Basic knowledge of Alibaba.com platform is a plus; training will be provided.
