Core responsibilities.



Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email. Provide detailed information about products and services. Troubleshoot issues and offer step-by-step guidance. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex problems. Escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.

Required skills and qualifications.



Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi. Active listening and empathy. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Time management and multitasking skills. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven customer support experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
