We are looking for a CRM Executive to oversee customer relationship management at our Signage Company. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through smooth communication and process management. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and empathetically. Monitor customer interactions and provide data-driven insights to improve service quality. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies. Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system. Assist in developing customer retention and loyalty programs. Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or chats across all customer interactions. Meet service-level agreements and contribute to overall team targets.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree 0.6 to 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or client service. Proficiency in CRM software tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. Ability to analyze customer data and suggest actionable improvements. Proficient in

Tamil

Spoken language of

Hindi
