Key Responsibilities:

Handle calls, emails, and chats from international corporate customers. Manage client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent

verbal and written communication

in English. Strong

customer handling
