Client Relationship Manager
to strengthen our relationships with key clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle
client queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell Desmat products.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and feedback.
Daily Payment Follow up .
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13,776.78 - ₹35,000.00 per month
