to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for real estate operations. The role focuses on lead management, data accuracy, client communication workflows, and reporting to support sales, leasing, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the real estate CRM system (leads, clients, brokers, inventory)
Ensure accurate data entry, data cleansing, and regular CRM updates
Assign, track, and follow up on leads from multiple sources (portals, website, walk-ins)
Monitor lead lifecycle from inquiry to closure
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups
Create and manage automated workflows, reminders, and email/SMS campaigns
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports (leads, conversions, site visits, sales)
Track broker performance and channel partner data
Support marketing campaigns by managing lead sources and campaign tagging
Ensure CRM compliance with company processes and data privacy standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with
CRM systems
(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or real estate CRMs)
Strong understanding of
real estate sales and leasing processes
Excellent data management and organizational skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
real estate, property management, or brokerage firms
Knowledge of
lead management systems and property portals
Basic understanding of marketing automation tools
Familiarity with RERA compliance (where applicable)
Experience
1-4 years of experience in CRM coordination or real estate operations
