Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

CCTV & Security Systems
Software Solutions
Web Design & Development
Digital Marketing Services
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for lead conversion and issue resolution.
Provide post-sales customer support and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and support tickets.
Assist with basic reporting and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in
Malayalam
(English is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet lead-generation goals.
Previous experience in customer relations, customer support, or sales coordination is preferred.
