roles and responsibilities 1. System Maintenance: Ensure the CRM system is properly maintained and updated with accurate information. Monitor data quality and integrity within the CRM database. 2. Onboarding New Users: Ensuring a smooth transition to using the CRM system. 3. Data Entry and Management: Assist users in entering and updating data in the CRM system. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. 4. Customization and Configuration: Customize CRM settings and configurations to align with the specific needs of the real estate business. Implement changes requested by users or based on business requirements. 5. Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems and tools used in the real estate business. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide analytics on CRM usage, user engagement, and key performance indicators. Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis. 7. User Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from CRM users to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with users to understand their needs and preferences. 8. System Upgrades and Updates: * Stay informed about CRM system upgrades and updates. * Plan and execute the implementation of new features or versions. 9. Security and Access Management: * Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data within the CRM system. * Manage user access and permissions based on organizational roles. 10. Documentation: * Create and maintain documentation on CRM processes, procedures, and best practices. * Ensure that users have access to comprehensive guides and resources. 11. Collaboration with IT Teams: * Collaborate with the IT department to address technical issues, implement system improvements, and ensure the overall health of the CRM infrastructure. 12. Stay Informed on CRM Trends: * Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM technology. * Make recommendations for enhancements or new features based on industry best practices.
