Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers for orders, payments, dispatches, samples, and complaints
Manage CRM activities including order entry, amendments, cancellations, and sample requests
Prepare
daily sales MIS
,
monthly off-take reports
, and
month-end sales analysis
Communicate revised price lists to customers
Coordinate with
Production, Planning, Dispatch, and Logistics
teams for timely execution
Track deliveries and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or damages
Maintain
ISO documentation
and support audits/compliance
Support administrative tasks such as courier coordination and sample dispatches
