Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure high engagement and satisfaction
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services
Drive client acquisition and retention strategies
Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for key clients
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor account performance and proactively resolve any client issues
Prepare reports and maintain CRM records accurately
Candidate Profile
Experience
: 3 to 10 years in client relationship roles in Finance, Banking, NBFC, Investment Banking, Rating Agencies, or Fintech
Industry Knowledge
: Strong understanding of B2B corporate finance and credit ecosystems
Communication
: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Education
: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
