xe2x9cx85 Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
xe2x9cx85 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
xe2x9cx85 Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and strategies.
xe2x9cx85 Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
xe2x9cx85 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
xe2x9cx85 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solar products and services.
xe2x9cx85 Provide insights and reports on customer trends and satisfaction to senior managementRequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field.

xf0x9fx94xb9 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
