Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end customer communication and CRM monitoring and ensure smooth handling of leads, reviews, and feedback. This role requires excellent communication skills, ownership of tasks, and the ability to create a positive customer experience

.Key Responsibilities

1.Handle customer communication across email, phone, and digital channels with professionalism

.2. Write clear, concise, and engaging communication for customers and internal teams

.3.Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

4.Monitor CRM regularly to track leads, follow-ups, and closures.

5. Manage lead handling: from enquiry to conversion, ensuring proper documentation in CRM

.6.Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

7.Monitor and respond to Google reviews.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements

1. Graduate/Post-Graduate .

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).

3. Experience in CRM tools and lead management is a plus.

4. Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.

5. Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership over tasks.6. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
