Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Customer Relations Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer communication via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide buying support.
Troubleshoot order creation and payment issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for order dispatch and delivery.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with clarity and professionalism.
Promote new offers, launches, and promotions.
Prior retail sales experience is a plus.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience with in-person and phone-based customer service.
Ability to manage and resolve customer queries effectively.
