Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
who can build trust, strengthen relationships, and ensure excellent service for both online and offline customers.
Role Overview
The CRM will serve as the key point of contact for customers--handling queries, providing after-sales support, coordinating events, and nurturing long-term loyalty. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage customer interactions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty
Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle customer follow-ups for purchases, payments, and service requests
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM databases
Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns and brand events
Resolve escalations promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
Generate reports on customer feedback, repeat purchases, and retention metrics
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or CRM roles (preferably in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi required)
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach
Familiarity with CRM software/tools, MS Office, and Google Sheets
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks with patience and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling premium or luxury clientele
Event coordination or customer engagement background
