Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client communications related to pending orders, payments, and account concerns. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between the company and clients -- ensuring smooth operations, prompt issue resolution, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Contact clients for follow-ups on pending orders, overdue payments, and account-related queries.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Logistics) to resolve customer issues.

Maintain and update records of customer interactions and transactions.

Send reminders and notifications regarding due payments and order status.

Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Assist in processing orders, invoices, and payment confirmations.

Ensure timely and professional responses to client inquiries.

Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Accounts Receivable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and sales support operations preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
