Customer Support Executives (Voice Process)

. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth communication experience. Candidates must have good Hindi & English speaking skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Handle voice-based customer interactions professionally Understand customer issues and provide effective solutions Maintain call records and coordinate with internal teams Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines
