Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth client experience
Support end-to-end onboarding of new clients, including documentation, compliance checks, and account activation
Track and follow up on leads, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with potential customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships through query solving, co-ordination for KYC (know your client) and other updates
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
