We are Hiring a customer relations executive ( Tele sales ) for Hair O Craft b. Required Qualification- Graduate/ Diploma
Contacting Customers:Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients; responding to inbound inquiries.
Selling & Pitching:Informing customers about products/services, explaining features, and using scripts or tailored pitches to persuade them.
Needs Assessment:Asking questions to understand customer requirements and pain points.
Closing Deals:Finalizing sales, processing orders, and directing complex leads to field sales if needed.
Upselling & Cross-selling:Promoting additional or complementary products/services.
Database Management:Entering and updating customer information and call records accurately.
Handling Issues:Addressing customer grievances to protect the company's reputation.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
