Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven experience in customer relations, preferably in the events or photography industry is a plus.
Key Responsibility:
Lead conversions and target achievements
Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed and customized quotations based on client specifications.
Consultation and Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific photography needs for their wedding events
Client Relationship Management :Build and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact through post-event follow-up.
