We are looking for a

Customer Relations Executive

.

Job Responsibilities



- Handle customer enquiries and answer to queries via phone, whatsap, email

- Follow up with signed up / Free Trial customers and try to convert them to paid customer

- Co-ordinate with technical team on resolving customer issues

- Test the app when new features are released

- Conduct Online Demo / Training for users

- Good communication in

English

and ability to communicate in

Hindi



- Hindi Fluency is plus point as we have lot of customers from North India

- Work from Office (Thrikkakara, Kakkanad) is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month

Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)
