Job Title: Client Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our team at Bluepin Digital. As a CRE, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their expectations.

- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services, and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product, and technology, to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client needs.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze client feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
